The political world is abuzz with the shocking news that veteran Congressman John Sullivan (OK-1) unexpectedly lost to a political neophyte, Jim Bridenstine, in a sleeper primary last night.  It’s still unclear how conservative the new member will be, but there is one point overlooked by the media.  Sullivan, who has not been as bad on most issues as many of his colleagues, was the chief sponsor of the T.
