Throughout the campaign, media-driven polls have shown supporters of the Dream Act and gay marriage with wide leads in the upcoming referendums to strike down those laws in Maryland. Well, now that election day is just one week away, pollsters are conveniently discovering reality. According to a new poll sponsored by the Baltimore Sun, the Dream Act only leads 47-45, while gay marriage is actually down 1-point to supporters of marriage. If they can’t win in Maryland, they can’t win anywhere.
