North Dakota’s Republican Party is full of red state statists who promote subsidies and big government handouts.  They have a party nominating system for all statewide offices that ensures that only liberal Republicans are elected.  Well, conservative Kevin Cramer decided to challenge the candidate who was endorsed at the convention, Brian Kalk.  He pulled out a 9 point victory!  Cramer will be the first conservative to serve from the Dakotas in decades.  Congratulations!
